Who We Are?
Mission Smile is a government-registered medical charitable trust, accredited with FCRA Registration, 12A and 80G certifications. We are dedicated to providing free Compassionate Comprehensive Cleft Care to children and adults born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities across India.
Established in 2003 as Operation Smile India, we have since grown into a nationally recognized organization in the field of cleft care. Our journey has been marked by impactful Partnerships with state governments, leading medical institutions, corporates, and generous individual donors — all united by a shared mission to transform lives, one smile at a time.
