The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal, visited Mission Smile’s Guwahati Comprehensive Cleft Care Centre (GC4). This was at MMC Hospital, Guwahati on 20th February 2019.
He interacted with patients undergoing treatment at GC4. After that, he congratulated our team and conveyed his best wishes for our continued success. Here are glimpses from his welcome visit to GC4.
Over 19,000 children have been provided free cleft surgeries by the Government of Assam since 2009 under Mission Smile. We’re thankful to the Hon’ble CM for his visit and look forward to continued support and encouragement from the Assam government.
